Carving and sanding take 7-10 days, we send you a photo for approval, then finishing, crating and delivery take about 2 weeks.</p></details><details><summary>Is shipping really free?</summary><p>Yes - standard freight shipping to any address in the contiguous United States is included in the price.</p></details><details><summary>Can I choose the size or wood tone?</summary><p>Most pieces offer several sizes and finishes right on the product page. For anything custom, send us a message before you order and we will tell you what is possible.</p></details><details><summary>Where are your pieces made?</summary><p>We design and select every piece, and each order is handcrafted by our partner artisan workshops in Vietnam and China, then shipped directly to you with tracking.</p></details><details><summary>What wood do you use?</summary><p>Solid hardwood such as walnut, oak, ash and acacia depending on the design. No particle board, no veneer over MDF.</p></details><details><summary>What if my piece arrives damaged?</summary><p>Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We will repair, replace or refund it.</p></details><details><summary>Can I cancel or change my order?</summary><p>You can change or cancel free of charge before production starts (usually within 24 hours of ordering).</p></details><details><summary>Do you ship outside the U.S.?</summary><p>We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
