Mid-Century Floating Shelf

Size

Designed for modern washrooms and other compact spaces, the Mid-Century Floating Shelf provides a slim solid wood platform for a basin and daily essentials. Its narrow footprint saves room while bringing a touch of mid-century polish to the wall.

Where It Fits

The shelf can be mounted free-floating or supported on a rack, depending on your wall and sink. It arrives without pre-drilled holes so fixtures can go exactly where you need them, and cutouts for a faucet and drain can be made to your measurements on request.

Material and Edge

Each shelf is solid wood, drawn from different species and left in its natural color. The front carries a live edge, while the back and ends are straight; depth may vary slightly because of that organic line. Expect knots, splits and honeycomb texture. If oil softens the edge during transit, a light sanding with the included paper fixes it, and the edge hardens once the oil has cured.

  • Narrow, space-saving design for washrooms
  • Floating or rack-mounted installation
  • Custom sink and faucet openings available
  • Includes one shelf and sandpaper; brackets, sink, taps and fittings are not included

Handcrafted to order from natural wood, every shelf differs a little in grain, tone and edge shape.
