Midcentury Floating Shelf Vanity Bathroom

Clean horizontal lines meet a softly irregular front edge, and the grain runs uninterrupted from end to end. The Midcentury Floating Shelf Vanity Bathroom combines mid-century restraint with practical surface and storage space for a contemporary bathroom.

Line and Grain

Built from solid wood, each vanity is drawn from one of several species and left in its natural tone. The front carries a live edge while the back and short sides are cut square, so depth changes subtly along the length. Knots, splits and raised honeycomb texture add quiet rustic depth to the simple form.

Installation

Mount it floating or on a rack. No holes are pre-drilled, letting you place the sink and faucet to suit your room, or have openings made from your faucet, pipe and layout details. Should the oil-softened edge arrive slightly raised, a light sanding with the included paper restores it, and it hardens once the oil cures.
